When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During sale periods or high-demand seasons, dispatch may take up to 3 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this number on our Track Order page or directly on the courier's website.
What if my order is delayed?
Courier delays, weather events, or public holidays can occasionally affect delivery timelines. If your order is significantly overdue, please contact us and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders above a minimum value qualify for free standard shipping within Pakistan. The current free shipping threshold is displayed at checkout.
What happens if my package is lost in transit?
If your package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will either resend your order or issue a full refund — your choice. Please report lost packages within 10 days of the expected delivery date.
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently focused on delivering across Pakistan. International shipping is available on request for select destinations — contact us via WhatsApp or email to discuss rates and timelines.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes are possible only before the order is dispatched. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp (+92 324 1272547) if you need to update your address.
